Surface Preparation -

• Make sure to first clean the entire surface to make it free from any kind of oil, dust, and impurities. 
• Hacking is an important process that needs to be done before the application of plaster on the wall. The application of Sakarni plaster bond to the surface is an alternative to hacking. 
• Remove any remaining undulations and make sure that the wall is vertical. 
• Before the application of POP, thoroughly clean the surface with water and let it dry. 

Application Procedure -

• Always add gypsum plaster to water and avoid doing vice-versa. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Water gypsum ratio of 70%.
• In order to attain a smooth finish, it is recommended to apply gypsum plaster on the wall and progressively trowel the surface. 
• 10-15 mm is the ideal thickness of gypsum plaster. 
• In order to protect the loss of strength, discontinue the exposure to moisture. 
• Apply the paint only after the surface gets completely dry.
